We accept PayPal, most major US credit cards . We do not accept personal checks or business checks. We do accept cash or CC on local pickups.
Shipping & Pickups
Items ship via standard ground service only, no exceptions.
Items ship within 3-6 business days of payment clearing, then taking 2-6 additional days to reach the destination.
Empire Liquidators has multiple shipping points and does not combine shipping.
Shipping to the 48 contiguous states only. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
When using PayPal we ship only to the confirmed PayPal address.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.
We cannot ship with 3rd party tags: i.e. your FedEx/UPS account.
Unless you have a valid NYS Sales Tax Exemption 8.75% is added to NYS customers.
As items are shipped, e-mail confirmations with tracking numbers are sent. Please note that tracking numbers are generated as packed and may take 24 hours to become active within the carriers system.
Pallet Auctions: We can arrange the shipping for you but we stray away from this generally because we feel our shippers to be expensive you can arrange the shipping yourself and we will crate up and do all other work for free. A zero invoice will be sent shortly, to your address. If you choose Empire to arrange shipping we can but again we are not the best pallet option shippers. A Phone number for Freightquote is located on the listings also and we work with them closing in getting your pallets done but again you can get anyone you would like we don’t mind one way or the other. $15 pallet pickup / handling fee applies to all pallet auctions picked up locally.

Local pickup hours are Tue-Sat 7:00AM-9:00AM and Tue-Sat 11:00AM-3:00PM.
Forms of payment accepted are: PayPal, Credit Card. No Personal checks. No business checks.
All single listings have a $5/item pickup fee. All pallet listings have a $15/pallet fee.
Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases/fees in the state of New York. A valid tax id is needed in order to have any taxes waived.
All auction transactions not picked up from the warehouse in the first 14 days are charged a 1 dollar per day fee, all storage fees are waived if the item is picked up in the first 30 days after auction ends. To clarify in the event that this statement does not make sense, day 1-30 owes no storage fees, day 31 immediately owes 17 days of storage or we keep the item and the listing and its payment becomes null and void. This is not done to keep anyone’s things only to avoid the rash of customers leaving things here longer than they are supposed to and then getting angry afterwards. Basically if you do not intend on picking an item up within 30 days of its end please do not bid on this item Call us here with any questions.

Returns
All tested items are tested for basic functionality only. Other times items are untested because we do not have the proper electrical / water, ect. hookup. All untested items are sold “as is” and we do not make any claim or guarantee to their functionality.
The only returns that are processed are if the wrong item was sent to you. Contact us within 48 hours M-F 7:00-3:30 EST.
Empire is not responsible for the return shipping on any item and reserves the right to replace before refund.

Finalizing
Please note that we are charged for every listing on the auction website. After 4 days the automated software issues a non-paying bidder notice on all unpaid items. This finalizes 4 days later on day 8 after listing end. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was charged to Empire_Liquidators. Please do not bid on Empire_Liquidators items unless you intend to follow through. There is a 10% restocking fee on all auction transactions that are not completed because of the buyers inability to complete the transaction or requesting any change to a paid transaction, including canceling a transaction.
