the item a gift.  I cannot insure the item for more than the am

declared on the customs form which means that if the item is lost or damaged
and it is not insured, the refund comes out of my wallet.  That is a risk
I am not willing to take, therefore the item must be fully insured.
 What this means is that I cannot ship with a cheaper method because
insurance is not an option for cheaper services such as USPS International
First Class. Lastly, this also means that you are responsible for any
customs/duties fees that your country may charge you.  It is impossible
for any seller to know the fees charged by every country.  You live there.
